SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

All products are packed in insulated coolers with liners.  Dry ice and/or gel packs are added to maintain necessary temperatures to keep your product frozen until it arrives at your desired destination.  

 

At this time, we are only shipping in the USA.  

 

Shipping costs will be calculated based on total order weight using UPS Flat Rate Shipping.  Frozen products will be shipped using dry ice and UPS up to three-day ground shipping based on your location.

 

All orders are on a first-come, first-served basis.  We make every effort to ship your product as soon as possible.

 

You may pick up your order at the ranch by appointment only.  Please email us at buckeyebisonfarm@gmail.com to make an appointment. 

You can also arrange to pick-up your order at our seasonal farmers markets in the metro Columbus, OH.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at buckeyebisonfarm@gmail.com or call Theodore at +1 (937) 265-0148  If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, such as food. Please get in touch with us at buckeyebisonfarm@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at buckeyebisonfarm@gmail.com so that we can make it right!
